Bonneagar Consulting Ltd is a specialist infrastructure consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. Led by a Fellow Chartered Engineer with extensive experience across the Irish and UK infrastructure sectors, we provide expert guidance on infrastructure upgrades and development nationwide.

Founded by an infrastructure specialist with over 25 years experience, Bonneagar Consulting brings leadership shaped by hands-on delivery across civil engineering, building, utilities, and mechanical & electrical projects.

Our founder holds a Diploma in Structural Engineering from DIT Bolton Street (now TU Dublin), a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Law & Contract Administration, also from Trinity College Dublin.

Widely respected across the infrastructure industry, our founder has served in several honorary roles — including President of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) Ireland and Committee Member of Engineers Ireland Dispute Resolution Board.
